This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong product ownership fundamentals, the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups, and a focus on delivering data-driven solutions that support provider operations, contracting, and downstream business functions.

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and balance competing priorities
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background supporting system modernization or transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine sprint scope and priorities, balancing inputs from multiple business and technical stakeholders
  • Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements in partnership with Business Analysts
  • Partner with development teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery across releases
  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives

Product Strategy & Modernization

  • Contribute to the ongoing modernization of a legacy provider data platform, including decomposition of existing systems and adoption of modern technologies
  • Help evolve product capabilities to better leverage and integrate with the enterprise data lake
  • Support data distribution and integration patterns (data flowing into and out of the data lake across the organization)
  • Ensure product decisions align with long-term data strategy and organizational goals

Stakeholder Management & Alignment

  • Serve as a key liaison across multiple stakeholder groups, including:
    • Provider system management
    • Provider relations and contracting teams
    • Data operations and analytics teams
  • Balance competing priorities and perspectives from 3–4 primary stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment on product direction

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with an established product team, including:
