Job Description
Role: Senior Product Analyst Duration: 1 year Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN Rate: $53.19-$70.92/hour W2
Description of work / project: Support the Decision Support Product Team in executing the MatchSource IQ expansion plan following the initial transplant center pilot launch and MERIT Study. Working under the direction of the Product Director, the Senior Product Analyst Consultant will gather and synthesize customer, operational, and adoption data to inform phased expansion decisions. The consultant will partner with Product, Clinical, Customer Engagement and Implementation Science, and stakeholders to assess transplant center characteristics, workflows, search behaviors, engagement patterns, and readiness for adoption. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the consultant will identify and recommend transplant centers for subsequent implementation waves, develop customer segmentation models, evaluate adoption drivers and barriers, and support implementation planning. The role will provide the insights, evidence, and recommendations needed to prioritize future cohorts, optimize onboarding approaches, and maximize adoption and value realization as MatchSource IQ expands across the transplant center network.
Performance expectations: The consultant will provide the analysis, customer insights, and recommendations needed to support the phased expansion of MatchSource IQ and ensure future implementation waves are targeted, evidence-based, and positioned for successful adoption.
Deliverables: - Develop a framework for prioritizing transplant centers for future MatchSource IQ implementation waves.
- Analyze customer, operational, and adoption data to assess transplant center readiness and expansion opportunities.
- Synthesize pilot learnings to identify adoption drivers, barriers, and support requirements.
- Deliver recommendations for future implementation waves, including customer segmentation, readiness assessments, success metrics, and implementation considerations.
- Provide ongoing analysis and reporting to support expansion planning and adoption measurement.
