Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple operational integration projects within a complex, highly regulated environment. This role will take defined integration needs and move them through execution, coordinating across technology teams, product owners, vendors and operational stakeholders to ensure work is delivered successfully.

You'll manage several smaller, concurrent projects involving operational processes, systems, documentation and compliance requirements. The work may include system changes, vendor configuration, remediation efforts and other initiatives needed to support a broader, multi-year organizational integration.

The ideal candidate is a strong delivery-focused project manager who can establish structure, maintain momentum and coordinate diverse teams while adapting as requirements evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple operational integration projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Establish project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and action-item tracking.
  • Coordinate work across development teams, product owners, vendors and operational stakeholders.
  • Partner with product owners and vendors to plan and coordinate system configuration and related changes.
  • Track dependencies, risks, issues and decisions, proactively addressing items that could impact delivery.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear ownership and follow-through on commitments.
  • Provide concise, meaningful status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure project activities remain aligned with operational, regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate remediation efforts, system changes and other compliance-related initiatives.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Support broader system integration efforts as the organization progresses through its long-term transformation.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery.
  • Experience coordinating work across technology, product, business and/or vendor teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
  • Strong project planning skills, including managing milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and driving teams toward decisions and action.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical, operational and leadership audiences.
  • Ability to create structure, maintain accountability and drive progress in a changing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations or other large-scale organizational transformations.
  • Experience working within aviation, transportation or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience managing projects involving operational systems, vendor configuration or technology changes.
  • Experience with compliance-driven or remediation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

What Success Looks Like

You'll thrive in this role if you're comfortable owning delivery across several moving pieces at once. You can quickly understand what needs to happen, establish a realistic path forward and keep internal teams, vendors and stakeholders aligned around priorities, deadlines and responsibilities.

Successful candidates will be proactive rather than simply reporting project status. You'll identify risks and dependencies early, drive decisions when work stalls and make sure commitments translate into action. You'll also be comfortable adapting plans as requirements evolve while maintaining the structure and accountability needed to keep projects moving.

Why Join This Opportunity

This is an opportunity to play a hands-on role in a significant, multi-year operational integration. You'll manage projects that directly contribute to operational and regulatory readiness while working across technology, product, vendor and business teams.

The role offers exposure to both immediate integration priorities and the broader system transformation that will follow, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact throughout a complex organizational change.
