Job Description

Role: Senior Developer

Location: Hybrid in Oak Park Heights, MN

Rate: $80/hour W2


Overview

We are seeking a Senior Developer with a strong technical foundation and an architectural mindset to join a growing development team. This individual will help design and build modern user-facing applications while collaborating across teams to integrate with existing enterprise platforms and solutions.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, contribute to technical direction, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices is highly desirable.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom software solutions and user interfaces.
  • Build and enhance front-end applications that integrate with existing enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
  • Help establish application architecture, development standards, and technical foundations for future enhancements.
  • Participate in system integration efforts and support data exchange between platforms.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance where appropriate.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development and testing environments.
  • Support the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience designing and developing enterprise applications and custom solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, application design patterns, and system integrations.
  • Experience building modern web-based user interfaces.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in environments with complex integrations and enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices.
  • Experience supporting application modernization and net-new product development initiatives.
  • Exposure to Java-based environments or similar enterprise technology stacks.
  • Experience collaborating with UX, product, and application experience teams.
