Job Description

Role: Outbound Outreach Specialist (Contract)

Duration: 3-Month to start, potential extension.

Location: Remote

Rate: $20.68/hour W2


Overview:

Our client is seeking an Outbound Outreach Specialist to support a pilot program focused on engaging prospective clients interested in Neuropsych Testing. This individual will be responsible for conducting proactive outreach to leads across multiple communication channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients using email, phone, and SMS
  • Engage and follow up with leads who have expressed interest in Neuropsych Testing
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication across all channels
  • Track outreach activities and responses as required

Required Experience:

  • Prior experience in remote outbound outreach, sales, or call center environments
  • Comfortable managing high-volume outreach across multiple channels (email, phone, SMS)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • 3-month pilot engagement with potential for extension based on performance
