Role: Program Manager (Oracle)
Rate: $77-$85/hour W2, dependent on skills and qualifications

Overview
The Senior Project Manager will drive the execution of two major workstreams within the Oracle Enterprise Action initiative: Authoritative Data Source (ADS) and Fusion SDLC. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, a proven ability to manage risk, and experience leading both business/data and technical projects.
Key Deliverables
· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for ADS (data/business) and Fusion SDLC (technical/integrations) workstreams.
· Prepare and deliver executive-ready project status reports, highlighting risks, issues, dependencies, and overall readiness in line with EPMO requirements.
· Track and report on benefits realization, ensuring project outputs align with intended business outcomes and recommending corrective actions as needed.
· Ensure all activities comply with AI COE and organizational project management methodologies, including thorough documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
Accountabilities
· Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies within assigned workstreams to maintain project momentum and facilitate critical decisions.
· Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring commitments are met.
· Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
· Foster stakeholder engagement and support effective change management to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of project deliverables.
Workstream Focus
· Authoritative Data Source (ADS): Collaborate closely with business and data teams to lead data-centric initiatives and ensure data integrity and value realization.
· Fusion SDLC: Manage technical project components, coordinating with Oracle teams and integration partners to deliver necessary system changes for the Oracle Fusion implementation.
