Job Description

Job Title: Functional Lead– Oracle Fusion Cloud (Senior Oracle Functional Analyst)

Bill Rate: $65 - $70

Duration: 6 month contract to hire. 

Location: fully remote ok, Twin Cities based candidates preferred


Role Summary

The Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Lead is responsible for leading functional activities for an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, partnering closely with business stakeholders, IT, and Oracle teams. This role drives requirements definition, solution design, testing, cutover, and readiness to ensure a successful deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary functional lead and subject matter expert for assigned Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
  • Lead requirements gathering, process design workshops, and solution validation with business stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices.
  • Partner with IT and Oracle teams on solution design, configuration, integrations, and reporting.
  • Lead functional testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and end‑to‑end cutover planning and execution.
  • Support change management through training development, stakeholder communications, and user enablement.
  • Coach and mentor analysts, providing functional guidance and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Support go‑live stabilization and identify opportunities for ongoing system optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience as a Functional Lead or senior consultant on Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and ERP deployment lifecycles.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • Proven leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
