Job Description
Role: Change Lead (Oracle ADS & Fusion) Location: Remote, local to Minnesota is preferred Schedule: .75 time Duration: 8/3/2026 - 4/30/2027 Rate: $68.56-$79.79/hour W2, dependent on skills and qualifications
Role Overview Our client is implementing a unified Enterprise Data Management and Oracle Fusion ERP platform to enhance data quality, improve operational efficiency, simplify business processes, and manage platform costs. - The success of this role is critical to the Oracle ADS and Fusion transformation. The Change Management Lead will serve as the client's primary OCM execution and adoption lead, partnering closely with a 3rd party firm (OCM design), program leadership, and business teams to ensure end‑user readiness, adoption, and sustainment.
- This role requires financial and operational acumen to translate Oracle Finance and Supply Chain changes into meaningful implications for how work gets done, how data is used, and how decisions are made across the organization.
- This role supports a large‑scale enterprise transformation impacting Finance, Supply Chain, and downstream operational teams. While the 3rd party firm owns primary responsibility for core change design deliverables, the Change Lead owns change execution, leadership enablement, readiness, communications delivery, training coordination, and sustainment across the organization.
- 3rd Party Firm (Primary): OCM strategy, impact assessments, training strategy, curriculum and standards, Train‑the‑Trainer
- Change Lead (Primary): Communications execution, change champions, readiness execution, leader enablement, training coordination and delivery, adoption and sustainment
Core Responsibilities & Performance Expectations Change Strategy & Planning (Execution & Adoption Ownership) - Partner with the 3rd party firm on the Change Management Strategy and readiness assessment approach, ensuring it reflects internal culture, operating realities, and Oracle ADS/Fusion scope.
- Support the 3rd party firm‑led stakeholder and change impact assessments, validating impacts across Finance and operational teams (e.g., Logistics, CM, WU, Procurement) and translating findings into execution priorities.
- Lead client's internal application of the strategy—turning design artifacts into actionable change, readiness, and adoption plans aligned to the Change Framework (Align → Prepare → Adapt).
- Apply financial and operational acumen to interpret the 3rd party firm‑led stakeholder and change impact assessments, ensuring impacts to financial processes (e.g., procure‑to‑pay, record‑to‑report, budgeting, controls) are clearly understood, communicated, and addressed through targeted change and readiness actions.
Communications & Engagement (Primary Execution Role) - Execute Oracle communications and engagement activities, including:
- Managing distribution lists
- Sending communications
- Scheduling and facilitating engagement sessions
- Bring the Story of Change to life for leaders and employees, reinforcing why Oracle ADS (trusted data source) and Fusion (modern way of working) matter.
- Coach leaders to deliver consistent, credible change messages using ADKAR‑aligned talking points.
Training & Enablement (Internal Training Ownership) - Partner with the 3rd party firm on training needs analysis, training strategy, and curriculum design, ensuring training is role‑based, not navigation‑only.
- Assume primary responsibility for:
- Assigning course and process owners
- Mapping end users to Oracle roles
- Coordinating training logistics (scheduling, notifications, LMS administration, completion tracking)
- Identifying and onboarding internal trainers
- Localizing training materials as needed
- Support the 3rd party firm‑led Train‑the‑Trainer, then lead end‑user training delivery across impacted teams.
Change Leadership, Champions & Readiness (Primary internal Accountability) - Establish and manage the Oracle Change Champion network, enabling two‑way communication and local reinforcement.
- Execute readiness assessment activities and translate results into targeted interventions.
- Provide ongoing coaching to sponsors and people leaders to strengthen ownership of adoption and reinforcement behaviors.
Measurement & Sustainment - Track readiness and adoption indicators in partnership with program leadership.
- Identify adoption risks early and coordinate mitigation actions.
- Support post‑go‑live sustainment, ensuring Oracle ADS and Fusion are embedded into day‑to‑day operations, decision‑making, and data governance practices.
Required: 7+ years OCM experience with ERP implementations; finance acumen; Prosci Certification Strongly preferred: Experience with Oracle Fusion
