Job Description

Role: Senior Project Manager (Oracle)

Rate: $60-$70/hour W2, dependent on skills and qualifications

Location: Prefer local to MN for opportunity to come onsite

Start Date: ASAP

End date: 9/30/2026; CTH (might extend before converting)


Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex Oracle and data-focused initiatives across the enterprise. This role will provide strong delivery leadership, governance, and stakeholder management for high-visibility projects, working closely with executive leaders, internal teams, and external implementation partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle and data-driven initiatives
  • Partner with business and executive stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics
  • Manage delivery through internal teams and external implementation partners/vendors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with implementation partners, effectively navigating delivery manager relationships
  • Lead projects involving person-to-household account transformations and related data changes
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and conflicts
  • Ensure alignment between project outcomes and broader organizational objectives
  • Deliver consistent, clear project status updates to executive and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Uphold EPMO standards, governance practices, reporting, and documentation
  • Drive accountability, execution, and successful outcomes across multiple workstreams

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Senior-level Project Management
  • Strong experience delivering Oracle-based projects and data initiatives
  • Experience managing complex data transformations and account model changes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage implementation partners and third-party vendors
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage conflict, escalate risks appropriately, and drive resolution
  • Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to understand end goals and define effective paths to delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a formal EPMO environment
  • Strong relationship management skills across business and technology teams
  • Experience delivering large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
