Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and support enterprise data strategy initiatives. This role will drive the execution of data-focused programs that align business objectives with scalable, well-governed data solutions. The Senior Project Manager will partner closely with executive stakeholders, data leaders, and implementation partners to deliver high-impact, data-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management for data strategy and data transformation initiatives
- Partner with business, executive, and data leadership to define strategy, scope, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Drive execution across initiatives involving data platforms, analytics, reporting, and data governance
- Manage delivery through cross-functional internal teams and external implementation partners/vendors
- Serve as the primary point of contact with implementation partners, navigating delivery manager relationships
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and conflicts
- Translate high-level data strategy goals into actionable, executable project plans
- Ensure alignment between data initiatives and broader enterprise objectives
- Deliver clear, concise project communications and status updates to executive stakeholders
- Uphold EPMO standards, governance, reporting, and documentation requirements
- Drive accountability, structure, and disciplined execution across multiple data workstreams
Required Qualifications - Proven experience in Senior-level Project Management
- Strong experience delivering data strategy, data transformation, or enterprise data initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional data programs
- Experience managing implementation partners and third-party vendors
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate across leadership levels
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage conflict, mitigate risk, and drive resolution in complex environments
- Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to understand long-term data and business goals and define practical paths to delivery
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working within a formal EPMO environment
- Strong relationship management skills across business, technology, and data teams
- Experience supporting data governance, analytics, or enterprise data platform initiatives
