Role: Marketing Campaign Analyst Contract: 6 months Location: Remote Pay Rate: 43.00 w2
Job Summary:
The Marketing Campaign Analyst supports the development, execution, measurement and refinement of multi-channel, multi¬ touch marketing campaigns by partnering with other analysts, data scientists, marketing specialists, marketing managers, and 3rd party data and service providers.
- Together, they will develop the requirements for marketing campaigns, create targeted segments and models, identify key metrics used to evaluate performance of campaigns, and identify opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns.
- The Marketing Campaign Analyst sets pre-campaign analytics objectives and develops audiences and targeting.
- The analyst designs, coordinates, and schedules multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns and maintains the marketing calendar.
- They will also provide comprehensive performance measurement of campaigns, perform mid-campaign adjustments and refinements, and report on return on investment and lifetime value contributions.
- The analyst will assist with the adoption of new campaign or customer relationship technologies within our digital experience platform.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree -3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related field is required.
- Big brand/agency experience
- Experience analyzing large data sets that may include structured and unstructured data is required.
- Experience using digital experience platform technologies including customer data platforms, CRM, marketing automation, journey orchestration, and other digital marketing tools, such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint etc. is required.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Proven ability to use reporting tools to convert data into meaningful analyses and insights required.
- Proven ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
- Must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style environment that expects and promotes teamwork required.
- Experience in the use of next best action, customer lifetime value or churn prediction models preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python as well as Tableau, Denodo, and/or Power BI is preferred.
- Must be a relationship builder.
- Requires intellectual curiosity, problem solving ability, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, high attention to detail, persuasive oral and written communications and project management skills.
