This role supports the client’s Cloud Services team as a Product Operations Lead, working closely with the Principal Product Manager for Cloud Services. While the Principal Product Manager owns product strategy and roadmap direction, this role focuses on day‑to‑day execution and operational follow‑through across internal cloud platforms.

The Product Operations Lead helps ensure cloud work is planned, coordinated, and delivered consistently across teams supporting Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AI/ML platforms, HPC, and shared cloud foundations. This position is not responsible for product ownership but instead focuses on making sure priorities are translated into clear plans, work is tracked, and teams are aligned on delivery.

Key responsibilities include helping translate the cloud roadmap into actionable work for product owners, supporting Agile teams as they create and execute stories, coordinating across engineering, architecture, operations, security, and finance, and providing clear updates and materials for leadership. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders are critical for success in this role.

  • Product operations, delivery, or execution management experience
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and sprint‑based delivery
