Job Description

Role: Senior Project Manager - Sourcing Delivery

Duration: 6 months, with potential to extend

Location: Hybrid in Oak Park Heights, MN - 2-4 days/month onsite

Rate: $58.48 - $70.18/hour W2, dependent on skills and qualifications


Team & Role Background: 

This role will lead cross-functional sourcing/supplier coordination for sourcing set up within LN. They will manage 

execution of deliverables across multiple teams and help optimize the flow of data handoffs. 

  • The team kicked off in 2026. Managing delivery dates across the different teams to ensure the sourcing / Supplier configuration data is of high quality and ready for system loads and manufacturing start up. 
  • This project has high visibility as it touches many company department processes and most importantly our customers. We need a strong PM to move the project forward!
  • Coordinate timelines and dependencies tied to make vs. buy decisions, supplier transitions, and supply base expansion.

Navigate Ambiguity

  • Our company is currently experiencing a high volume of change right now as we are expanding our business.
  • The PM standards for the program are also being refined as we navigate the product launch.
  • We are looking for someone who can drive the team forward through complex work, and escalating appropriately. There will be coordination of roles of data creators – those who are responsible for gathering the data, those who load the data in systems, and data testers and consumers ensuring the sourcing/supplier data is showing up and operating from design through the mfg lines.

Relationship building 

  • Build quick relationships with SC team to achieve the program level deliverables. 
  • Partner with internal project managers. 
  • Present to director level sponsors & stakeholders.

Knowledge & Experience: 

Program & Project Management basics: 

  • Role should be able to implement proper program & project management practices/tools based on evaluation of the team & complexity of scope. Agile Methodology and phased based projects as we have a mix of both.
  • This person needs to be able to understand, break-down & report status of deliverables. 
  • Needs to be able to self-navigate & drive meetings/decisions/management of work. Executing early any risk that is being uncovered along with potential mitigation options
