Job Description

Role: SAP Business Analyst - PTS & LTC

Duration: 3-6 months (short‑term engagement), Potential to extend or convert

Location: Remote

Start Target: Early April

Rate: $41.37/hour W2


Role Overview

We are seeking 2–3 experienced SAP Business Analysts to support a short‑term SAP initiative with a strong emphasis on reporting and business requirements within Plan‑to‑Stock (PTS) and Lead‑to‑Cash (LTC) processes.

This role requires a hands‑on, business‑facing analyst who can partner closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and support the development team in delivering accurate and timely SAP reports and solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to:
    • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements
    • Clarify reporting needs and operational pain points
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for SAP developers
  • Support reporting initiatives, including:
    • Defining report logic, data elements, and KPIs
    • Assisting developers with clarification and validation during build
  • Act as a liaison between:
    • Business users
    • SAP development and technical teams
  • Provide subject‑matter support across:
    • Plan‑to‑Stock (PTS) processes
    • Lead‑to‑Cash (LTC) processes
    • Related warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain touchpoints
  • Contribute to additional workstream activities as bandwidth allows
  • Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, and user feedback sessions to ensure solutions meet business expectations

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a SAP Business Analyst in enterprise environments
  • Strong functional knowledge of:
    • Plan‑to‑Stock (PTS)
    • Lead‑to‑Cash (LTC)
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP reporting requirements (functional definition and support)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to:
    • Translate business language into technical requirements
    • Navigate complex SAP concepts with non‑technical users
  • Experience working with SAP developers and supporting build activities
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, short‑term engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in:
    • Warehouse operations
    • Manufacturing or supply chain environments
  • Prior work in SAP transformation or optimization initiatives
  • Exposure to multiple SAP modules supporting PTS and LTC processes
  • Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams
