Job Description

Role: Sr SDET - Software Development Engineer in Test

Location: Hybrid - St Paul

Contract: 1 year

Rate: $60.94/hour W2


We are proactively seeking a Senior SDET with approximately 10 years of experience to join our team in anticipation of a new initiative involving Tricentis or a similar testing platform. This role will play a key part in establishing and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks within a CI/CD environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior SDETs as the team scales.
  • Years of Experience Required:
    • 10+ years total in automation/testing.
    • 5–8 years specifically in automation.
    • 3–5 years with Tricentis Tosca.
  • Tricentis Tosca: Hands-on expertise is critical. Candidates will likely be asked to complete a small technical exercise in the interview.


Tools & Platforms Required:

  • Azure DevOps: Daily usage, must be hands-on.
  • Git: Used less frequently, but should be comfortable.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on knowledge required
  • 3–5 years with Tricentis Tosca.
