Job Description
Marketing Automation & Salesforce Specialist (Part-Time, Leave Coverage) Hours: 25–30 per week Duration: 18-20 weeks (exact timeline TBD) Rate: $40 - $50/hour W2, dependent on skills and qualifications
Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy specialist to provide temporary support across Salesforce administration, Sense (marketing automation) development, and business operations reporting. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations—ensuring our systems run smoothly, data is accurate, and teams have what they need to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration - Manage and resolve Salesforce help requests.
- Execute updates to system architecture and configuration.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership, recruiting and sales teams.
- Perform ongoing system cleanup, data audits, and quality checks.
Sense Development & Administration (Texting + Automation Platform) - Build, test, and deploy automation workflows based on the automation roadmap.
- Support integration work between Sense and connected systems.
- Provide admin/helpdesk support for Sense tools including VoiceAI, messaging, calendar, etc.
- Complete audits to ensure automations and workflows are running appropriately.
Business Operations & Analytics - Analyze and report on data across multiple departments and tools on a weekly and monthly basis
- Track and interpret consultant trends (e.g., early-outs, consultant location patterns).
- Produce analytics and reporting for various sales and marketing campaigns.
- Respond to any ad hoc reporting requests as they come in
Sales Support & Reporting - Support RFP submission activities with accurate role history data.
- Deliver client-facing reporting such as scorecards, time-to-fill metrics, and performance summaries.
Qualifications - Experience with Salesforce administration; Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Sense strongly preferred).
- Strong analytics and reporting skills; comfortable working across multiple data sources.
- Ability to troubleshoot systems, test integrations, and maintain data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, curious, and proactive problem solver.
