- Help customers improve their financial health through education and strategic planning.
- Stay current on banking regulations, compliance, and risk management best practices.
Community Engagement - Represent the bank at local events, business networking groups, and nonprofit initiatives.
- Build relationships with local business owners, civic leaders, and residents.
- Be a visible, trusted presence in the community.
What You Bring - 5+ years of experience in community banking, commercial lending, or credit analysis.
- Strong ability to analyze financial statements, including tax returns, P&Ls, and cash flow.
- Deep understanding of credit risk, loan structuring, and underwriting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the South Metro area is a plus.
Where You’ll Work You’ll be based in our headquarters in the South Metro region of Minnesota, with the flexibility to meet clients where they are — in their businesses, homes, or at community events.
Why Join Us? - This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful, family owned bank where you can use your talents to help this 100 year old bank grow and meet future banking demands and needs.
- You won’t be a number! You will be an integral part of our organization making a difference every day.
- Tired of being 1 of hundreds or thousands of bankers, we’re looking for that 1 in a thousand banker.
- A locally owned bank where decisions are made close to home.
- A team that values integrity, collaboration, and community service.
- Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
