Job Description

Role: Project Manager (Change Management & Training) - Enterprise Software Implementations

Contract: 1 year with potential to extend

Location: Remote (US CT/ET zones) 

Rate: $47 - $56/hour W2, dependent on skills and qualifications


Summary: We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Project Manager with Change Management & Training experience to lead organizational readiness and user adoption efforts for enterprise software implementations (Laboratory Information Management Systems) (LIMS) . This role is essential in ensuring that employees are equipped, engaged, and supported throughout the transition to new systems and processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in change management and training, with a passion for enabling transformation in complex, regulated environments. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support enterprise software rollouts, (Laboratory Information Management Systems) (LIMS), including stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption planning.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to diverse user groups, including technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct impact assessments, business readiness evaluations, and resistance management planning.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT teams to align change and training efforts with project goals.
  • Create user-centric materials such as job aids, e-learning modules, quick reference guides, and FAQs.
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and feedback to continuously improve training and change strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with LIMS implementations (e.g., LabWare, STARLIMS, LabVantage).
  • 5+ years of experience in change management and training in enterprise software implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Experience designing and delivering training in both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with training and collaboration tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, LMS platforms, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
  • Background in Life Sciences, Aerospace, or other regulated industries.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as GxP, FDA, ISO, or FAA regulations.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, CCMP).
