Job Description

Role - IT Finance Analyst

Location - Preferred Local to St. Paul/Minneapolis area


Overview:

We are seeking a Finance IT Analyst to provide hands-on support for financial applications and ERP-related integrations. This role is ideal for someone with a finance background who has transitioned into IT or an IT professional with a strong understanding of finance operations. The ideal candidate will focus on supporting third-party financial applications and assisting with integration projects to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support financial applications, including integration with ERP systems like Infor.
  • Perform system administration tasks for third-party financial solutions such as Coupa and OneStream.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial applications and integrations.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to understand business requirements and provide IT solutions.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of integrations between third-party financial tools and ERP systems.
  • Participate in defining strategies for transitioning business-managed applications into IT-supported solutions.
  • Collaborate with the IT Delivery Lead to execute prioritized tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial applications and ERP systems, with exposure to tools like Coupa, OneStream, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes such as FP&A, accounting, and financial consolidation.
  • Technical proficiency in supporting and integrating third-party applications.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor experience is a plus but not required).
  • Effective communication skills to bridge IT and Finance requirements.
