Project Overview
The Traverse electronic case file management tool will replace paper case files with a tool to create and manage digital case files. Doing so enables complex decision-making and robust reporting for SSD. Project kick-off is expected to occur in January 2025, with completion before December 2025. The implementation is a large project encompassing multiple workstreams including but not limited to technology, business requirements, training, and change management. The project will be led by a program manager with multiple project managers facilitating workstreams.
The project team will collaborate with Northwoods Consulting and multiple business teams to develop a co-owned project plan and project documents. Project managers are expected to have strong facilitation, documentation, and business problem solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple work streams within the project. In addition to managing workstream project documents and facilitating meetings, they support the project by assessing needs and documenting options, managing requirements gathering, and creating various project documents.
